Falkirk also offers a wide range of schools and colleges, making it an excellent location for families, students and business commuters.
Alloa and Clackmannanshire
A major development of the railway between Alloa and Stirling in 2007 will link the area to Glasgow and Edinburgh, and has resulted in Alloa becoming a property hotspot within Central Scotland. There is a wide range of shopping within Alloa town centre, and a variety of schools and leisure pursuits. With the rail link encouraging further investment and development in the area and its surroundings, Alloa is ideally situated for the commuter.
The ‘Hillfoots’, are a series of small villages, nestling at the foot of the majestic Ochil Hills.
