Falkirk

The Falkirk area occupies a central position in Scotland, on the key north-south and east-west motorway and rail routes, and within easy reach of Edinburgh and Glasgow airports

Falkirk town centre has a wonderful selection of large national stores such as Boots, Marks and Spencers, Virgin and Next in the fully pedestrianised High Street, a fantastic array of specialist off-High Street shops, as well as The Mall , the Callendar Square Shopping Centre and the impressive Central Retail Park. Alloa and Clackmannanshire

A major development of the railway between Alloa and Stirling in 2007 will link the area to Glasgow and Edinburgh, and has resulted in Alloa becoming a property hotspot within Central Scotland. There is a wide range of shopping within Alloa town centre, and a variety of schools and leisure pursuits. With the rail link encouraging further investment and development in the area and its surroundings, Alloa is ideally situated for the commuter.
